Directions
Step 1
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
Step 2
Add the white rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, and coconut cream. Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds until everything is well chilled and combined.
Step 3
Fill two serving glasses with fresh ice and divide the cocktail evenly between them.
Step 4
Slowly pour the grenadine down the inside edge of each glass. It will naturally sink to the bottom, creating a beautiful tropical sunset effect.
Step 5
Garnish with a pineapple wedge, orange slice, and maraschino cherry. If desired, sprinkle a little toasted coconut around the rim for an extra tropical touch.
