1. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another when it has shipped with your tracking details.
Please note: During high-demand periods, processing times may take slightly longer.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method at checkout:

3. International Shipping
We ship worldwide!
International orders are processed within the same 1–3 business day window.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.
- Delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on customs and local postal services.
- The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
- Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders due to possible customs delays.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier details.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Shipping Restrictions
Due to carrier or legal restrictions, we may be unable to ship certain products to specific locations.
If an item in your order cannot be shipped to your address, we will notify you and issue a refund for that item.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at info@playfullyyourstoi.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging, and we’ll assist with a replacement or refund.
7. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

8. Preorders & Backordered Items
If your order includes a preorder or backordered item, it will ship once the item becomes available.
You’ll receive an update when it’s ready to ship.
