Playfully Yours, Toi — Return & Refund Policy

At Playfully Yours, Toi, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Items must be free of any signs of wear, use, or damage.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for any item that has been opened, worn, or used due to health and hygiene regulations.


2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Intimate, personal, or hygienic products (including toys, lubricants, or body-care items) once opened or used.

  • Sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale.”

  • Gift cards and digital products.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately (see Section 5).


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@playfullyyourstoi.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping address.

  3. Ship the item(s) back within 7 business days of receiving return approval.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If applicable, a 15% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund total.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We may request photos or a short description of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
In these cases, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.


6. International Orders

For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs.
Returns for international orders are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
