✨ PYT Experience Guidelines

Thank you for choosing Playfully Yours, Toi! To ensure every experience is enjoyable for you and your guests, please review the following policies and guidelines.

👥 Guest Requirements

💎 A minimum of 10 guests is required for all PYT Experiences.

💎 All guests must be 18 years of age or older.

💎 Most PYT Experiences are designed exclusively for women.

💎 Men are only permitted to attend Just the Two of Us and PYT-approved mixed-couple experiences.

💎 If mixed attendance is approved, PYT will notify the host prior to the experience.

🚫 Attendance Policy

💎 No children under the age of 18, including infants and babies, are permitted at any PYT Experience.

💎 If unauthorized attendees (including men who have not been approved, children, infants, or babies) are present when the experience is scheduled to begin, PYT reserves the right to cancel the experience immediately.

💎 In the event of a cancellation due to unauthorized attendees:

  • The Experience Reservation Fee will be forfeited.

  • The experience will not be rescheduled.

  • The host will be ineligible to book another PYT Experience for one (1) year.

📍 Location Requirements

💎 Please inform PYT of any stairs, steps, steep driveways, or inclines at the event location before booking.

💎 If your community or venue requires a gate code, security clearance, or special access, this information must be provided at least 24 hours before your scheduled experience.

💎 The host is responsible for providing a safe, clean, smoke-free, and comfortable environment for the experience.

💎 Due to severe allergies, all pets must be secured away from the event area before PYT arrives and remain away for the duration of the experience.

💎 If excessive pet fur or dander creates an unsafe environment, PYT reserves the right to cancel the experience. In such cases, the Experience Reservation Fee will be forfeited.

💳 Experience Reservation Fee

💎 A $75 non-refundable Experience Reservation Fee is required to reserve your PYT Experience.

💎 Your Experience Reservation Fee secures your event date and includes:

  • Personalized experience planning

  • Event consultation

  • Customized product selection

  • Experience preparation

  • Travel within 45 miles

  • Professional presentation and hosting

💎 Experience Reservation Fees are non-transferable. Transfer requests will only be considered by PYT under special circumstances.

💎 Virtual PYT Experiences are available with a $50 non-refundable Experience Reservation Fee.

📦 Pre-Orders

💎 Guests may request specific products before the experience.

💎 Payment is required in full before pre-orders are placed.

💎 If a requested item is unavailable, PYT will contact the client to offer a product exchange or issue a refund for the unavailable item.

🚗 Travel

💎 Travel is included within 45 miles of PYT.

💎 Experiences scheduled beyond 45 miles will incur a travel fee beginning at $25. Additional travel fees may apply depending on distance.

🍷 Event Environment

💎 Alcohol is permitted during PYT Experiences.

💎 Smoking, vaping, or the use of any smoking products is not permitted during a PYT Experience.

💎 PYT reserves the right to refuse or discontinue an experience if the environment is excessively smoky or designated as a smoking area.

🏡 Host Responsibilities

💎 Ensure the event space is clean and ready before PYT arrives.

💎 Provide a table or designated display area for product demonstrations.

💎 Ensure adequate seating for all guests.

💎 Secure all pets before the scheduled start time.

💎 Provide gate codes, parking instructions, and access information at least 24 hours before the experience.

💎 Complete all pre-orders before the stated deadline.

📅 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

💎 Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled experience may be transferred to a new date.

💎 The transferred experience must be rescheduled and completed within six (6) months of the original cancellation date.

💎 If the experience is not rescheduled within six (6) months, all Experience Reservation Fees will be forfeited.

💎 If PYT is unable to accommodate the rescheduled experience within the six-month period, $30 of the Experience Reservation Fee will be refunded.

⚠️ PYT's Right to Reschedule

💎 PYT reserves the right to postpone or reschedule an experience due to illness, severe weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.

💎 Every reasonable effort will be made to reschedule your experience at a mutually agreed-upon date and time.
